Last night we had an incredible dinner party up North at a friends house on the beach. We invited some fun friends from the Spanish school and headed 5 mins up North to Melissa and Andrea´s home. The surfers in the group got in a sunset surf and then we all enjoyed the most incredible meal! Melissa and Andrea are beyond amazing Chefs and prepared a feast! The sushi in the pics was only the starters! We started with vegetables appetizers and cocktails around the bond fire, next sushi, then a main dish of grilled fish, potato's and caprizi salad, finished off with grilled plantains and pineapple! WOW!! We would have easily payed $100 a head back home for a night like this!
