Rosie thinks Frankie is pretty neat! She loves to hold her and give her kisses and make sure everyone know that baby Frankie is her baby. It is still a bit of a mystery as to where baby Frankie's Mama and Papa have gone .... when questioned as to where they might be, Rosie informs us that "Frankie Mama & Papa go bye-bye" Lucky for Frankie, Rosie is willing to let her stay with us, you know, until we can track down her Mama and Papa...
