Four years already?

Somehow our anniversary snuck up on us again! Nov 5th was four years of bliss full marriage. It was Tom's year to plan (in case you are unaware of our bizarre ways we take turns each year planning a romantic/adventurous get away for each other...I highly suggest this by the way, and don't know what's more fun; doing the surprise planing or getting planned for! Either way it provides months of entertainment as we tease each other about where we might be headed that year... you know, romantic places like Fremont and Carl's Jr's .... sorry if you think those places are romantic ... but they're not...ha!)
Tom hit it out of the park this year with a weekend in Napa (taking advantage of this non surfing blip in my life right now....and low and behold there are some interesting places inland!)

We spent Friday night at this cute little B&B. It was so dreamy and peaceful.

There were fresh flowers all over the suit so we took some with us!

Since we are on a bit of a budget at the moment Sat we headed to the local campground and picked out a great site for our second night. And yes camping is very romantic!

Tom's good friend Nicki, who lives in the Napa Valley picked us up that afternoon and took us wine tasting (wine sniffing for me). It was really fun to get the locals tour!

The coolest winery we got to see was this one .... Can't remember what it's called but this is a pic of the roof!

Sunday AM my privet chef cooked us a super yummy breakfast in cozy Campy...

A special thanks to both our parents who's anniversary gifts provided for a yummy breakfast at our favorite breakfast spot the actual day of our anniversary AND a awesome dinner that night at our favorite restaurant!
