No show from baby G2 so we went ahead and celebrated Easter .... we started by heading down the hill for a egg hunt and yummy breakfast at Grandma and Grandpa's house ....(yep Granny that's a pink little bunny pillow in Papa's hand ... she's into bringing it up and down from our house to Grandma/pa's)
Rosie found her basket right away .... helps when you're the only kid with lots of doting adults to help!
She quickly discovered some yummy puffins inside the eggs!
Rosie comment to the easter grass.... "it's my Too-too!" -indeed it looks much like her grass hula skirt, which she calls a too-too, like every skirt.
Later in the afternoon we headed to Grand Aunt Beezie and Uncle John's house for Easter dinner and another egg hunt! As with the AM hunt, Rosie was the only kid so this hunt spanned the entire evening as she kept discovering more eggs and all the fun loot inside (stickers, necklaces, bracelets, rubber duckies!!) and lets not even get started on all the balloons! What fun -thanks to all my Aunts/cousins who went all out for this egg hunt!
Grandma was great and followed Rosie around all dinner so Mama and Papa could enjoy a yummy meal!
Headed home to bed with Great Grandma and all her loot!
