Might not sound that exciting to you but we LOVE burger night. Burger night is a lot of work ... we have to get the ground beef from either Guayaquil or Salinas (min of 1 1/2 hours away!) and Tom makes the french fry's hand full by hand full. Andrea makes the burger patties all yummy with breadcrumbs and spices..... add that with sweet buns and all the fixings ... boy what a night! This was our 3rd burger night.... glad we got to share with the Massie's and Abby and Riely, a nice couple traveling thru Ecuador from South Carolina.....
