Breaking news....

I´m starting to think we have a major issue with actually leaving Ecuador ..... in a moment of shear brilliance I read our flight info incorrectly and we have missed our flight home.....so we are still here. Since the airline office was closed i had to call a hotline and we are on standby for tomorrows flight (and at this point we don´t know how much it costs when you um, can´t READ numbers). But on the bright side we had a lovely day today, breakfast with friends, smooth bus ride and we are currently at a cute little hotel (with Internet and a sweet family to practice more Spanish!), and we have three whole days to play this standby game until we risk missing our Friday flight to WI. Never a dull moment here on this Gilles adventure......
