When we got home Sunday we got a message from our new friends (from Carmel/Tahoe) who have moved here and started a little taco shop in town..... They had invited us up to their house for the second half of the long weekend. We packed up and took a short cab ride to their house.....Wow! Killer house right on the beach.... and to top it off T.J. is this insane chef....we ate some of the best food we've had here by far!!!!!! Wish i had taken a pic of the food ...2 kinds of fish, chicken and pork with a killer salad ...wow!!!!! As if that wasn't enough we got the best night sleep ...no mosquitos and no noise from town! Just the crashing of the waves.....
Tom had fun playing with the cutest little 2 year old girl and T.J.'s dog..... made us miss all the cute little people\dog in our life! Finally got the BEST surf sesh of my whole time here!~ Out in front of the house ....such good waves yesterday it was awesome .... so wish i had my girls here with me we would have been screaming the whole time! .... Whitney from Carmel can totally surf! I was so excited to finally meet another surfer chick! We also hung out with the coolest couple *from Quebec, Candia who have the two year old and are living down here ,..... they were sooooooooooo inspiring to see traveling with their little girl! .... they speak English, Spanish and French with her (we thought of Leslie and Philip!) Tom and i were ready to make a baby that night!
